Featuring works from a variety of artists collected locally, nationally and internationally. Johnson Wildman Gallery is a studio and gallery experience. We feature Pop-UP Art Events, Ongoing online experiences. View authentic works of art with the opportunity to meet the artists. On display are one-of-a-kind paintings, sculptures, art prints, and photography. We look forward to your visit. We are available for private appointments.

Bio
Cheryl Johnson is an interdisciplinary artist, educator. Cheryl Johnson is a painter who explores the connection between realism and abstraction, balancing bold gestural art with sensitive expression. Resonating with Abstract Expressionists her non-objective and figurative early works transitioned into abstract representational themes. Her work is inspired by world travels as well as the landscape and cultures of her homes in North Carolina, Hawaii and her Idaho birthplace as well as her Finnish heritage. Cheryl’s transcendent eye propels her to explore the emotions of place.
Cheryl Johnson creates large-scale paintings that suggest gestural marks of paint directly applied and filled with the energetic motion found in action painting.

Jim Wildman is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning artist, recognised by curators, collectors, and art patrons across the globe.
Jim Wildman Art is an art website where you will see the original fine art of an artist who has a deep connection to nature and loves craftsmanship and creating. By using natural materials he creates abstract, contemporary and modern collectable artwork.
Jim Wildman is a contemporary artist, painter, and craftsman. Born in 1964 in Spokane, Washington. Moving from Claremore, Oklahoma near Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2020 he now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. He creates mostly ink drawings of beautiful faces, abstract and landscape oil paintings or wood combines 3D panels and sculptures.

JW (Johnson Wildman Gallery of Contemporary Art) provides our clients with a relaxed and comfortable exhibition space in which to select art which becomes treasured additions to their collections, large or small. Our hours are by appointment only, however we do create Pop-Art Shows. We have on-line monthly exhibitions featuring a specific style or theme.
